ClearPath: from cleaning schedule to operations workspace.

A working local demonstration using fictional sample records. It shows a site, an assigned crew, and a visit moving from scheduled to in progress. This is not a customer project or a claim of business results.

ClearPath dashboard showing sample sites, crews and visits
1. See the work. One overview of sites, crews and planned visits.
A scheduled sample cleaning visit with an assigned crew
2. Assign responsibility. Each visit connects a site, a crew and instructions.
Edited cleaning visit status retained after page reload
3. Keep the update. The edited status remains after reloading the app.

A smaller, clearer starting point

Fix one process first.

A job tracker. An inspection log. A shared request queue. Start with the repeatable process that keeps sending your team back to spreadsheets and email.

01 / MAP

Understand the work

Review the current spreadsheet, who uses it, and where handoffs break down. Define what a better process needs to do.

02 / DEFINE

Agree on the boundaries

Turn that process into a written Blueprint: essential screens, data, user access, and acceptance checks.

03 / BUILD

Test the real workflow

Use AI-assisted development with human review to build the agreed app and check it against your business process.

Two separate decisions

Clarity first. Then software.

Understand what should be built before committing to a build. Each stage has its own agreed deliverable.

01 / Blueprint

Make the plan concrete.

$250 USD · fixed price
  • Review of one spreadsheet or manual workflow
  • Proposed screens, records, and user roles
  • Written scope and acceptance checklist
  • Build recommendation with exclusions identified
Ask about the $250 Blueprint

Your $250 Blueprint is credited toward the $2,500 standard scoped build if you proceed: $2,250 remains, for a $2,500 total. No automatic build commitment.

02 / Scoped build

Put the plan to work.

$2,500 USD · fixed scope
  • One private web app for the agreed workflow
  • Agreed forms, record views, and dashboard
  • Workflow testing and a handoff walkthrough
  • Delivery against the approved acceptance checklist
Review the scope

Includes the $250 Blueprint credit if you proceed; $2,250 remains to pay. Fit, delivery timing, and terms confirmed after the Blueprint.

Hosting, ongoing support, integrations, and data migration must be agreed separately. Additional workflows or expanded requirements require a separate quote.

Before you start

A useful app starts
with an honest scope.

What fits the first build?

A focused internal workflow with clear inputs, records, statuses, and a small set of user roles. The Blueprint determines whether your process fits the $2,500 package before you commit.

What is outside the initial package?

A full ERP replacement, native mobile apps, complex integrations, extensive data cleanup, or multiple unrelated workflows. Specialized security or regulatory requirements need a separate assessment and scope.

How is AI used?

OML Digital LLC uses AI-assisted development tools, including Codex, with human review and workflow testing. This is supervised custom software delivery; requirements and acceptance checks remain part of the process.

Do I need to share my live spreadsheet?

A sanitized sample and a description of the workflow are enough for an initial discussion. Access to real business data, hosting, permissions, and data responsibilities should be agreed before delivery work begins.

Is ongoing support included?

Ongoing hosting, maintenance, backups, and support need a separate written arrangement. The Blueprint identifies those needs so you can evaluate the ongoing commitment before a build.

Prepare for the Blueprint

Start with the workflow
you already have.

No polished brief needed. These four things give the project a useful starting point.

  1. A short description of the process and the problem.
  2. A sanitized spreadsheet or example of the records you manage.
  3. Who uses it, and what each person needs to do.
  4. The result you want, plus any important constraints.
